Have you been redeemed?

A good Biblical definition for being redeemed is, “The act of being bought back from the slavery to sin that every person has been born into … due to the sacrifice that Jesus paid on the cross.”

It can’t be forced on anyone and is literally a free offer from the Lord for those who decide to accept His very sacrificial gift.

For all those who choose to become redeemed by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior, their future eternal destination of living forever in hell will be forever changed to a heavenly inheritance that has already been secured.

If you weren’t able to answer my initial question of if you’ve been redeemed with a resounding yes … don’t just take my word for why I strongly recommend you consider (or reconsider) taking Jesus up on His free gift of eternal salvation … please search the Scriptures and let them be your guide:

Acts 4:12 says, “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

John 3:16-18 says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.”

Romans 10:9-10 says, “Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”

If not now … then when?!
