Meet the team
Jim Coles is the CEO and has thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of being involved with the outreach since 1999 after MWM founder Mike Lewis asked him to become a Board member.
Studying God’s Word continues to be his passion, and is a ‘guiding light’ (along with the presence of the Holy Spirit) through each and every season of his life.
Jim & Kimberly were married in 1992, and the Lord has blessed them abundantly with 7-children and 5-grandbabies (as of 2025).
