You will know that you’re going to heaven!!

Many of us have attended memorial services in which we were concerned about where our friend or loved one went after they died.

The pastor of my church chooses to say under those kind of uncomfortable circumstances … “We can all rest assured that he or she is in the hands of a loving and just God.”

In today’s verse, the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 1:14 says,

“The Spirit is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”

Let’s remind ourselves today that because we’ve put our faith and our trust into Jesus, that our eternal future is totally and completely secured!

Also, may we be prepared to share God’s love and His justice with anyone we know who has thus far rejected Jesus’ free gift of salvation, so they can know that they will in fact be present with the Lord for all eternity in heaven immediately after leaving this earth.
